MEDIN, a.s. is a traditional Czech manufacturer of medical devices. The company develops, manufactures and supplies a wide range of instruments and implants for traumatology, surgery, orthopaedics and dentistry. A long tradition beginning in 1949 has created know-how that allows us to take an appropriate place on the market of the Czech Republic and also successfully compete with foreign manufacturers. Apart from the strategic business partners, the company has three subsidiaries – in Slovakia, Poland and Russia.
In the development of its own products, the company works closely with the leading Czech and foreign doctors as well as with researchers from major universities. To support the development and research of implantable devices, the company MEDIN, a.s. has founded a Board of Scientists.
The company's comprehensive offer also includes the education of doctors and nurses (certified seminars, workshops and courses in the training centre), servicing of instrument sets and surgical instruments, laser marking of instruments and additional production programme.
