MEDICA FILTER spol. s r.o.

Medica Filter spol. s r.o. is a Czech producer and distributor of medical devices and medical clothing. The company was founded in 1990 with its seat in Kašperské Hory in the pictoresque Šumava mountains and since its inception it has specialised in production and distribution mainly for the healthcare industry. Due to emphasis on use of high quality materials and high quality of the produced disposable medical devices and cotton clothes the company has built a good name and reputation as a reliable partner with individual approach to its customers in the Czech as well as several foreign markets.

In 2012 the daughter company MEDICA HANDICAP s.r.o. was founded employing people with disabilities, and in 2013 it has obtained the status of a sheltered workshop.

Our company is certified and all the production processes are subject to quality management system conforming to EN ISO 13485:2016 and directive 93/42/EEC (MDD).

Production of the surgical drapes is performed in cleanroom areas and is managed and planned using a sophisticated, custom-developed information system. Medica Filter is able to offer its customers a wide variety of materials and designs of surgical drapes developed for various types of surgical interventions with possibility of further adjustments upon the cusomer’s request. Most products can be offered both sterilised and non-sterile.

Furthermore we produce shirts, trousers, skirts, shorts, dresses, aprons, smocks, overalls protective clothes, high-visibility clothes and more. This product range is supplemented with t-shirts and sweatshirts made of cotton or fleece, which can be compined with the work clothes.
