It can carry out patent and trademark searches in national or international databases as well as searches of available literature. It can also provide the qualified representation before the Industrial Property Office of the Czech Republic (UPV), World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), European Patent Office (EPO), Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM) and other relevant authorities. The firm is also able to provide the qualified representation before courts, particularly in the field of both the civil and administrative proceedings. The members take part in the professional meetings and work in various associations involved in the protection of industrial property both in the Czech Republic and abroad.
