The company SIAD Czech spol. s r.o. is a branch of Italian firm SIAD S.p.A. which was established in 1927 in Italy by the Sestini's family. In the late eighties of the last century SIAD entered into an agreement with PRAXAIR one of the leading American manufacturers and suppliers of medical, industrial and technical gases. In the Czech Republic SIAD has been operating since 1993 starting with the sales and distribution in the medical gases in 2001 and expanding its activity in the medical devices and instruments business in 2008.
