The DOMKAT, s.r.o. company has been developing hydraulic lifting units since 2003. It manufactures and supplies MEDACT hydraulic jacks to manufacturers of adjustable height structures and furniture. MEDACT hydraulic jacks and lifting units are mainly implemented in medical and rehabilitation beds.
Due to their reliability, non-dependence on an electrical source and maintenance-free operation, they are also used in other medical furniture to adjust the height of chairs, stools and tables. MEDACT hydraulic jack development and production relies on an experienced team of engineers who creatively develop know-how and provide their customers with expert consultation, special modifications and developments.
Strict quality management criteria are applied in the development and production of MEDACT hydraulic jacks in accordance with ISO 9001 standards. The quality of the MEDACT brand is supported by verifiable data. Thanks to the company’s experience and strict control mechanisms, the ratio of produced/defective units has reached a level ˂ 0.002%.

We are located in Jihlava, Czech Republic (EU). This is a historic city with a long tradition of hydraulic equipment manufacturing.
We develop and manufacture MEDACT hydraulic jacks for height adjustment of special constructions and equipment.
Our MEDACT linear hydraulic jacks are offered in a lift range from 80 mm to 400 mm, with a lifting capacity of up to 10 kN and an integrated lock.
Our company is founded on tradition, our own know-how and experienced staff. We provide professional consultations, special modifications and development. We are primarily focused on the export market.

ADJUSTABLE LOAD
Every kinematic solution and application in an assembled product requires different load resistance.
Our products are equipped to deal with such demands. A load resistance of up to 10 kN can be set.
PISTON ROD LOCKING DEVICE
Our unique system prevents unintentional extension of the piston rod.
It prevents accidents, is suitable as a safety device, for example before tipping patients out of chairs or beds.
ADJUSTABLE TILT
Our jacks can work in any tilt. As a result, we are able to meet all the requirements of kinematics, including the piston rod facing the ground.
STAINLESS STEEL
We produce stainless steel design with a lift of 400 mm for a load of 800 N. The solution is both a jack and a self-supporting column. Ideal for demanding conditions.
