Viderai is a project of Bonmedix, the result of which is expert software capable of detecting pathologies of diseases on retinal images. For example, by detecting signs of diabetes or age-related macular degeneration, the system can by the screening of the general population deliver patients to ophthalmologists in time for a procedure, thereby preventing visual inpairment and potential blindness. At the same time, by bringing screening to diabetologists, capacity will be freed up for ophthalmologists to perform these procedures.
